What Are your Roof Replacement Options?

When you replace your roof you can choose a different material then the one you started with.  Changing your material can affect your roof’s lifespan, aesthetic appeal, insulative properties, and more.  Your options may be limited by factors such as the slope of your roof, as well as the weight of the material.  It is best to talk with an expert when you select a material to ensure that it is compatible with your roof.

Signs that your roof is due for a replacement include water stains on ceilings, walls, or in the attic, which could indicate leaks and potential structural damage. Curling, cracked, or missing shingles also compromise your roof’s ability to repel water, leaving your home vulnerable to moisture infiltration and interior damage.

If your roof is nearing the end of it’s lifespan, then you should consider getting a new one.  Frequent repairs could also indicate that your roof’s integrity is compromised, and the cost-effectiveness of continual fixes might be outweighed by the benefits of investing in a new, more reliable roof.

    Our Roof Replacement Process

    1. Preparation & Planning

We'll consult with you to decide what kind of roof you're going for, and obtain the necessary permits. We'll also assess the roofing deck to ensure it's solid.

    2. Removal & Deck Prep

We remove the surface of the roof, and leave the bare roof deck. We then make repairs to the decking to make sure it lasts. We'll also install ventilation and insulation.

    3. Roof Installation

In this step, we will construct the roof from the decking up. We Start with the underlayment and flashing, and end at the surface. We check quality at every step.

    4. Inspect & Finish

The final step involves finishing touches and clean up. The process should take about 3 days, depending on the size, complexity, and weather conditions.
